White Fringe

This weekend I attended an Armenian engagement party it was through the roof amazingly elaborate, for once I was under dressed, but come the wedding I’m getting my hair, make up done, and I will most likely wear a long dress. I can’t wait, just talking about it get’s me excited! We danced our little souls away all night!

I wear this white fringe shirt to work, I thought it was a little feminine so I needed to complement it with some skinnies and trendy ones too, and I didn’t want to match my shoes to give it an unexpected look. What do you think friends?

Lately our lives have been on the go-go. I couldn’t wait to relax so we took our dogs to the beach and did some house work around the house which is what I consider relaxing.

Black and Gold

Happy Monday Gorgeous Gems,

As mentioned in Friday’s post that I had a wedding to attend to yesterday, and for the event I decided to wear this little number.

My husband is Lebanese and Michigan has one of the largest Lebanese/Arab if not the largest communities in the country. Their community is very united which means we attend a wedding at least once or a couple of times a year and would you believe that I was somewhat under-dressed! Yes, the LBD will not cut it at these events. Women wear gowns, and have their hair and make-up done, it’s like prom all over again. Only I won’t bring myself to buy a $600.00 gown that I will only wear once because a lot of time you see the same people, and there is no way you can be caught in the same dress at another wedding.

I know I will be wearing this little number come the holidays.
