The Little Things

14 Aug

Here are a few things that are making me smile from ear to ear, take a peek!

A little birdie told me your not much of a fan of these treats, I challenge you to try these treats from Trader Joe’s! Its at their frozen section, trust me, you’ll come back to this post and comment that you’ve fallen in love with these decadent treats and that’s a promise! But yes, you are right, most places don’t compare to the real deal. Unless your in Paris or Vegas which is where I originally fell in love with these.

My love for this necklace keeps on growing and growing. I can’t stop wearing it.

My dainty head band from Anthropologie.

What is fluff Ice? It’s not ice cream and it’s not yogurt. I’s creamy, velvety full of flavor but light and fluffy. Here in L.A is all the rage and let me tell you it’s the next best thing. Your completely satisfied but don’t feel like you over indulged. If you come across this treat I suggest the Mango Madness.

Can somebody please share their hair tips please!!! I love this hair, but I can’t figure out how to get these Sunkist beach waves.

As always, Carolina xoxo

Hey! I actually used this pic for when I got highlights for the first time. I was very nervous about it because Ive never gotten highlights and was always told to not get them because of my natural hair color. I finally did, loved it. But, she uses a barrel curler for sure. If you dont know what that is, its a curling iron WITHOUT the clamp! Since I have thick long natural curly hair, the barrel roller is perfect for my hair and I will never EVER turn back to another curling iron! Check this out to see what one looks like!

TIP: If you already have an expensive curling iron that HAS a clamp, no fear! Just simply wrap your hair around the iron without using the clamp and youve got a barrel curler! 😉 The barrel curler comes in handy because it prevents dents and prevents crispy and dented ends like a clamped curler does!
    Hope this helps!

    xoxo,
    Chloe

oh thank you so much! Yup! I have thick long hair too. I will check it out I can’t wait to post pics. Do you use the barrels tip facing down or up? Ive tried it facing down and it’s challenging for me. My right side of my hair has a completely different look from my left ..:(.Ill let you know how it goes. What itch do you use? I think I may have to get a barrel curler.

I actually usually have it facing to the side if that make sense and also facing up! Yes please let me know how it goes I would love to see pictures! Maybe the reason it looks different on both sides is because your holding the hair on the curler for different amounts of time on either side, try to keep it consistent possibly….and if you notice one side is tighter, either comb through one side lightly or re curl the other side to make it look tighter like the other side! I will check out the brand of mine tomorrow, believe it or not I bought mine at a mall kios, and its amazing. !
