A lot of them are grab-and-go so if you’re not hungry first thing in the morning, you can save it for later in the morning.
- Yogurt Parfait- layer thick yogurt (plain Greek yogurt mixed with honey or maple syrup is a great option) with jams, fruit, or nut butter in a mason jar.
